What makes the auxiliary engines and generator sets that belong to the C32 Acert unique is that they incorporate a Separate Circuit After-Cooling (SCAC) system for all configurations.

Thanks to the presence of this system, we have less corrosion of the aftercooler through which sea water cannot circulate.

The engine also:

  1. it was built with a view to minimizing ownership costs;
  2. reduce operating costs to a minimum.

 

It should be remembered that engines with ratings compliant with IMO II standards are available:

  1. with heat exchanger. In this case this configuration allows the optional front mounting of the sea water pump.
  2. keel cooling.
