Why Choosing It

Emissions

The C32 ACERT IMO II engine complies with the following conformities: IMO II. It complies with regulation 13 of the International Maritime Organization Annex VI revised according to the MARPOL Convention.

World-class support

By purchasing it you will benefit from an extensive Cat dealer support network and unparalleled support from authorized marine dealers.

Duration

Strength and durability are among its key strengths thanks to the engine’s proven operating history. Furthermore, it is made of high-performance iron with thousands of hours of testing.

Reliability

By purchasing it you will benefit from the standard Caterpillar warranty.

Nominal Values

It features six wide operating speed range (WOSR) ratings that provide excellent reserve power for acceleration, which is why it is ideal for applications that require the engine to operate normally at more than a regime or load. Provides an alternative to torque converter, multi-speed transmissions. Controlled Pitch Propeller (CPP)

Separate circuit post-refrigeration system: A-C nominal values

Furthermore, it has a separate circuit aftercooler system for a-c ratings whereby seawater cannot circulate through the aftercooler. Furthermore, isolation supports are available as optional accessories. The support and isolator base requires a wider grain without vertical adjustment nut (adjustable height). Push (recommended for remote gear) and no push (recommended for close gear) options available.
