The 3512C IMO II model is committed to sustainable development. There are numerous designs made with this in mind to reduce emissions. Starting from the shape of the piston which is modified to improve combustion. The model also uses a K-factor injector for alignment with predictive model analysis. The crankshaft timing that replaces the camshaft timing ensures better control of the electronic injection. In addition to complying with IMO Tier II emission regulations, the model features IMAT reduction, i.e. the reduction of nitrogen oxide.
